IMPACT
COBA’s rainforest-inspired interior, rich in textures and contrasts, will create a visually captivating environment which evokes an ambience of exclusivity, while embodying the warmth and hospitality Thailand is famed for. Looking north from Bangkok to the Thai Highlands around Chiang Mai, COBA will feature two intricate, artisanal wall panels from the storied handicraft village of Baan Tawai. Carved from the teak wood which grows locally in abundance, these commissions will reflect the restaurant’s commitment to sustainability and heritage, as well as design which reflects the diversity of Thai culture. COBA will work further to support this traditional artform by reinvesting in Baan Tawai using a percentage of proceeds from a signature cocktail. COBA is set to become a vibrant social hub, hosting a weekly line up of curated, immersive entertainment to create a multisensory experience, blending dining and entertainment in one bespoke-designed venue.
